I thought it was about time I made some more cards and updated my blog as it has been 1 week since I did anything. I purchased some new stamps over the Internet the other day so I thought I would try them out along with a new layout I found on "sketch Saturday." My sister posted me a lot of goodies today so I will try and make some more cards tomorrow with the new stuff I have been given. Thank you very much Sarah. Watch this space to see what I come up with.

I had a day off from work today so I decided I should make a few more cards using some of the stuff I purchased on Saturday whilst out with my fellow crafters. I had a go at using my new "Hugs" clear stamps which I thought looked quite good. Let me know what you think.

Not only have I had a busy week at work but I also had a busy weekend. Yesterday I got together with my sister and her friend Karen for one of our card making days. We had a slow start because we went to a couple of craft shops and spent a lot of money buying bits for our cards. I think I am addicted to buying clear stamps, I got a few good deals in the January sales but I am still quite chuffed with my purchase of the new spring 2009 penny black "hugs" clear stamps which I bid for on ebay. I tried to get my sister to bid for some but she was too frightened. AH BLESS!

After having a few busy days at work I have managed to muster up the energy to figure out how to upload the pictures of my cards on to my blog. I have also managed to add my play list which has some of my favourite tunes on. I hope you enjoy listing to my music and looking at my cards. Let me know what you think.

Hi, I am Charlotte, I am 23 years old and I am a nurse. In my spare time I enjoy making cards either on my own or with my big sister Sarah (who also has a blog which is fantastic; you should take a look.) I sometimes get together with her and her friend Karen who is also a card crafter. I know I think the card crafters are taking over the world. Ha Ha. I have recently got back into making cards as I had a break for a year as I was planning my wedding. Myself and my husband got married in December and it was fantastic. If you take a look at my sisters blog you can see the pictures. My sister persuaded me to start a blog so that she can see the cards that I am making and I thought it was a good idea so here I am giving it a go. I dont think it will ever be as good as my sisters but there is no harm in trying. Watch this space!!!!
